Preparing charge sheets.
Handling matters related to the "Tell the President" program.
Submitting reports to external parties, including:

IV. The Provincial Accounts Committee
V. The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption
VI. The Line Ministry Secretary of Education

X. The Provincial Advisory Committee
XI. The Parliamentary Advisory Committee
XII. Responses to audit queries and audit reports submitted by the Assistant Auditor General / Auditor General within the given timeframe.
Issuing notifications regarding the existence or absence of disciplinary inquiries concerning officials in the Education Administrative Service, Principal Service, and Teaching Service within the department.
Handling legal matters related to Appeal Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
Managing complaints related to human rights violations.
Overseeing matters related to Labour Tribunal decisions.
Handling Ombudsman inquiries.
Presenting observations related to Supreme Court cases.
Maintaining records of ongoing investigations.
Managing vouchers and cheques related to the disciplinary division.
Maintaining records of procurement books, purchases, and archived documents.
Conducting awareness workshops on disciplinary matters for all officials within the provincial education sector.
