Services

• Preparing the consolidated advance accounts to the public officers of Provincial office and 11 zones, for both Line ministry & Provincial council.
• Paying Special advance, Festival advance, Distress Loans, Bicycle Loans, Vehicle Loans & indeptness loans.
• Distributing imprests to 11 zones for advance payments.
• Preparing books of creditors & debitness loan advances and maitaining those books.
• Preparing answers to the Audit quiries related to the Advance accounts to the public officers.
• Maitaining the Advance account cashbook.
• Maintaining the CC10 books.
• Maintaining the details of Receipts / Payments of Advance accounts.
• Preparing statements by reconciled details of Receipts / Payments of Advance accounts with monthly account summary.
• Maitaining the details of retired & late officers.
